Earlier Condition

Over loaded by passenger vehicle on faulty structure cast iron beam cracked and failed while freight was on it, mechanical force due to broken locomotive front axle, river in flood, fire, column fractured etc. Hence the maintenance of bridge must be performed to a high standard to prevent deterioration timely.
